Reviews

Scientific articles undergo the following review conditions:

Articles are reviewed through OJS.
A reviewer of an article published in a scientific journal is an independent researcher dealing with the scientific area which is the subject of the publication (in justified cases it is acceptable to derogate from this rule).
Using AI/LLM chatbots (e.g. ChatGPT) to generate reviews is prohibited.
There is no conflict of interest between the author of an article and a reviewer.
All submissions are desk-reviewed by one of the editors, and are sent for full review afterwards.
An article is reviewed by two independent reviewers.
A review shall be regarded as negative if at least one of the following three criteria of the article assessment fails:

In justified cases, an article may be referred to a third reviewer if the two earlier reviews differ by extreme grades (fail – very good) in at least one of the following assessment criteria:

The journal applies a double-blind peer review process: the identities of authors and reviewers are not disclosed to each other.
A list of reviewers of the journal is published in the last issue of the journal in a given year.
